Thank you for your comments, these are appreciated as always.

Comment by Jeanne Miller(2/26/2014 12:05:30 PM) - Yes, yes, yes!!!

Comment by Mario Dias(2/25/2014 2:49:25 PM) - Wow, like this a lot.
Agree with Ray about composition and sense of place and would add the exposure in this very difficult light condition.
Just regret a bit that the shadow comes too close to the margin and not having a little more space to "breathe". But sometimes we just can't have it all and this small detail not making any harm at all.
Congrats Graham for this excellent job.
Cheers

Comment by Zenonas(2/21/2014 6:17:20 AM) - Great tones and use of monochrome, good light, effective, extraordinary old tree in centre - impressive landscape with people.

Comment by LindaY (Linda Y)(2/21/2014 6:03:32 AM) - Lovely shot, Graham. I like the timeless quality that the monochrome gives this shot. The trees and the huge stump really make this shot for me. I like the inclusion of your friends in the shot as this gives the photo life.

Comment by Ray Griffiths ( )(2/13/2014 5:09:41 AM) - Well seen. Shadow on the child's face is unfortunate but unavoidable under these circumstances.
