Comment by Helly (Helly and Graham Horrocks)(1/31/2014 3:00:17 AM) - Excellent photo

Comment by joe bellantoni(1/30/2014 11:57:50 AM) - once again need just a little more shadow detail....she is a good looker though

Comment by B2O(1/30/2014 5:59:40 AM) - I like this dogs. I like the beauty of their ugliness. I also like their teeth. Not a straight line in there, but that's just what i like. Nice sepia treatment Nick.

#2 Susanne(Susanne Eftevand): Thank you.

#3 Wessel-130766: Thank you, no I admit the framing is not to everyone's taste but hopefully those people will see past that if they like the actual image :)
#4 Vadim Shirokov: Thank you.
#5 B2O: Thank you, yes you're right the framing is personal, I do like to see an image framed :)
#6 joe bellantoni: Thank you for the constructive comment.

Comment by joe bellantoni(1/27/2014 5:26:47 PM) - You need more shadow detail...this will show what is happening in the hills much better

Comment by B2O(1/27/2014 11:38:18 AM) - Nice image Nickerzzzz. The frame leads the attraction off the image. To bad in this case. The image deserves the attention. But that is probably very personal.

Comment by Nickerzzzzz(1/26/2014 5:24:39 PM) - #10 Wessel-130766: Thanks, I think I have it sorted now, but I'll definitely have a look at that one.

Comment by Vadim Shirokov(1/26/2014 3:48:26 PM) - Pleasant picture. Even absence of details in dark areas of the shot does not spoil general impression.

Comment by Wessel-130766(1/26/2014 3:43:07 PM) - Very nice evening shot. A bit heavy on the framing.

Comment by Wessel-130766(1/26/2014 3:39:15 PM) - Welcome to PB. I use this program for resizing.
It is simple and tweakable.

Nice light in this image.

Comment by Susanne (Susanne Eftevand)(1/26/2014 3:04:37 PM) - Really beautiful, congratulations !

Comment by Ray Griffiths ( )(1/26/2014 2:59:07 PM) - Fantastic capture of this Devon beauty spot.

Comment by Reda Danaf(1/26/2014 2:48:28 PM) - Nice scene well captured, wish it was larger in size.

Comment by Nickerzzzzz(1/26/2014 2:46:47 PM) - #4 Elisabeth: Thank you Elisabeth.
#5 joe bellantoni: Thanks Joe, got me going in the right direction, my second image looks to be a better size, STW @ 1300 pixels.
#6 B2O: Thanks B2O.
#7 Vadim Shirokov: Thanks Vadim.

Comment by Vadim Shirokov(1/26/2014 1:49:35 PM) - Good picture! (version #2)

Comment by B2O(1/26/2014 12:37:32 PM) - Agree with above. Should be bigger. Most of the times 800 too 1200 Pxls at the long side will do. Depends of the quality.
But i like the play of lights the most in this picture.

Comment by joe bellantoni(1/26/2014 12:37:08 PM) - when you do a save for web make it 130 pixels...If you don't do a save for web it winds up like this if you are trying to just size it for pixels

Comment by Elisabeth(1/26/2014 12:24:04 PM) - Welcome to PB!
The photo really should posted bigger!
But even in this size I can say that I like the play with light and shadows!

Comment by Nickerzzzzz(1/26/2014 12:14:46 PM) - #1 Ray Griffiths(Spring is Coming): Thanks Ray, didn't realise it would display so small! :( looks like I need to sort out my sizing...DOH! ;)

Comment by Ray Griffiths ( )(1/26/2014 11:59:55 AM) - We all do that when it rains. And it rains an awful lot lately! The image looks great, like to see it larger if the truth were known, and maybe without the heavy frame. Welcome to PB.
