None of the front horses are in focus. Sorry, that seems to be off, the focus should be here. And I find this photo looks extreamly unnatural, mainly the sky. Your PP work does not work for me. And when use shadow/highlights, you need to make sure the edges of the trees stay natural.

you either have to pan or use a faster shutter speed. BTW don't they go the other way in France?
