I've got one of these on my bedroom ceiling. They're sneaky, letting themselves down at night while you're sleeping. Don't have nightmares.

This one is scaring me also Vadim. A bit too dark for me but I know how the circumstances are in musea. That's very harsh if you need to use ISO 4000.
But glad that you will share this with us. I have never seen them before.
And I know you are an honest learning man:)

The light is harsh but the thing I really like is the shadow against the ceiling. This makes it more scary. What happenend here?

A fun image! You could play with shadows and highlights, add detail to the face and clone out the blue rope...
