#5 CherylB Its hard to put down in words what I meant, but I will try: If the image were made darker then I would have a darker fg and a little more color in the beak if it got too dark on the blacks then either a shadow mask would be applied or a dodge brush also I would sponge the beak a little. But you are right they could suffer but if they are already there they always can be brought back. I am sorry I assume too much that the author would know what I am saying and not having the name of the person is very impersonal. I should be more precise in what I think and what they know how to do.....good point Cheryl
