Much prefer this one because of the clarity and colour. In the other, I like the soft water but your ND has also softened the rest of the picture as well as putting a blue cast throughout.

I prefer the higher pov of the first picture and the mood of it, created by light, colour and softness of the water. In the second picture I like contrast between warm colours of the sand/rocks and blues of the water/sky. Also like how the complex texture of rocks' surface interacts with the complex texture of the water surface in the second image.
But the problem of sharpness is here the most important issue for me. In both pictures the strong sharpening is seen. Additionally in the first picture only the rock in the fg is really sharp. That is why I prefer the second one.
In my case I have similar problems with sharpness when my tripod is not enough stabile, when I touch the camera during shooting or sometimes when I do not use the camera function limiting mirror's movement.
As I live pretty far from a sea coast, I envy you such a place and look forward to the next beautiful shots!

I like this most. But I think if you are using two pictures you will have a vinner.

I like this one as it is the most natural...the other has other merits but I vote for this one.

I combined the 2 with my preferences

#6 Wessel-130766: ...:) Will be very nice to get this in one shot. I thing that was possible. Well done edit!
#1 Geordie(Dean Wilson): That's exactly how I feel about it.
#4 Reidar: Thanks.
#5 joe bellantoni: Thank you.
#3 Hania(Anna Franek): Excellent description of differences between those pictures. I feel the same way. I was hoping for two in one, as Wessel example.
Thank you for noticing me about sharpness(it's a fist time from long time). I adding little-bit sharpness to my RAW files before converting to JPEG, because this converting costs a lot sharpness lost.
Thank for your comment and time.

As A1-highway is not finished yet, it takes me the whole day to get from Upper Silesia to the Baltic coast. And think that sandy Baltic coast is not as interesting... :)
