I dissagree about it looking like a painting. It appears to me to be a very thoughtful, careful composition (and lucky too) of a tender moment. I like everything about this shot. (9)

Great capture. You've caught the feelings of these animals. They seem human and you've made a great job. I'm struck by the look of the third. It seems as in great renaissance paintings. There was always a witness to the Mother's love. - Mauro

Thanks everyone, I tried for 4 hours to get this photo at the Toronto Zoo (in 2 days!) your wonderful comments made it worth it! This site makes me strive harder to get it all right, sometimes light,luck and your willingness to wait it out come togeather to allow you to get the photo thats in your minds eye! Thanks again!
